Über Sie und diese Rolle

Als Facharzt (m/w/d) oder Weiterbildungsassistent (m/w/d) für Arbeitsmedizin stellen Sie die arbeitsmedizinische Betreuung unserer Mitarbeitenden am Standort Stade sicher. Sie sind Teil des medizinischen Teams, das aus vier Mitarbeitenden und einer leitenden Ärztin besteht.

Verantwortlichkeiten

• Sie übernehmen in fachlicher Hinsicht eigenverantwortlich die arbeitsmedizinische Betreuung der Dow Betriebsangehörigen gemäß ASiG und DGUV 2.
• Sie führen betriebsärztliche Untersuchungen sowie reisemedizinische Beratungen und Impfungen durch.
• Sie wirken beim betrieblichen Eingliederungsmanagement ebenso mit wie bei betrieblichen Präventionsmaßnahmen und beim Gesundheitsmanagement.
• Sie beraten bei der Gestaltung und Einrichtung von vielfältigen Arbeitsfeldern.

Qualifikationen

• Sie verfügen über eine Facharztqualifikation in Arbeitsmedizin, eine Zusatzbezeichnung in Betriebsmedizin oder haben drei Jahre klinische Tätigkeiten für die Facharztanerkennung absolviert.
• Sie besitzen eine offene und emphatische Persönlichkeit mit einer strukturierten Arbeitsweise.
• Sie sind verantwortungsbewusst, sicherheitsorientiert, zuverlässig und kommunikationsfreudig.
• Sie verfügen über sichere Deutsch- und fundierte Englischkenntnisse.

Bei uns erwartet Sie eine unbefristete Teilzeitbeschäftigung mit bis zu 24 Stunden pro Woche.

Sie erhalten einen modernen Arbeitsplatz und alle erforderlichen Ressourcen (Personal, Räumlichkeiten, Einrichtungen, Geräte und Mittel) gemäß §2 Abs. 2 ASIG, um Ihre arbeitsmedizinische Tätigkeit gesetzeskonform und weisungsfrei auszuüben.

Es besteht eine Weiterbildungsermächtigung für Arbeitsmedizin.
