We are looking for three passionate Leads HSE Germany (m/f/d) for the different Areas (North, South and Central) at our locations Bayreuth or Lehrte near to Hannover who will contribute to this and that might be you?

• The Team Health, Safety & Environment Germany supports on daily business and works according strategy and standars as well as according business defined pro-cesses by the HSE Engineering & Services teams. Furthermore they are supporting projects/operations on specific HSE demands and acting as incident investigator.
• As a Lead HSE Germany (m/f/d), you manage a team of around 10 HSE professionals who deliver services to the business units and to their peers.
• You set tangible and ambitious goals in alignment with TenneT’s HSE strategies and objectives.
• You lead an efficient and dedicated team to achieve the identified goals and ensure that team members have the necessary skills, training and resources to perform their roles effectively.
• You set and communicate clear priorities with the team, keep them informed of possible changes, delegate tasks and allocate resources.
• You coach, inspire and actively develop your people and foster open dialogue and a culture of collaboration, teamwork, and continuous learning.

Dein Profil

• This position requires a University Degree or Bachelor’s Degree (FH/H) in Safety engineering, Environmental engineering or comparable qualification. You have more years working experience in general, in HSE and preferably in a leading position.
• It is desirable to have a Certificate as Expert for Safety (“Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit“).
• You have a strong values-based leadership mentality – demonstrably with a practical and theoretical background inclusive encouraging a team culture of continuous learning and fostering open dialogues.
• You have well-developed networking skills to address different groups of employees and stakeholders, excellent analytical skills, a structured way of working, orientation on results and a well-developed conceptual approach.
• You have an active “hands on” mentality, you are dynamic, enthusiastic, intrinsically motivated and take responsibility and very good communication skills in German and English (both written and spoken).

The department “Health, Safety and Environment” ensures and supports HSE compliance for the units Grid Field Operations and Large Projects based on TenneT guidelines and principles. Furthermore, the team supports establishing a top class safety culture and environment in which it is possible for everyone to go home safe every day.
