Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute audits, inspections, and incident investigations to ensure workplace safety and regulatory compliance
- Drive continuous improvement across EHS processes, with end-to-end operational ownership
- Manage complex projects and organize team workload effectively within a plant or country-level scope
- Influence stakeholders and support key business initiatives with strong presentation and communication skills
- Apply advanced EHS knowledge to mentor peers and guide strategic decisions
What you bring:
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety, Quality, Environmental Science, or a related field
- 3–7 years of experience in QHSE roles, preferably in commercial or service environments
- Solid understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards; experience in both office and field compliance
Core Competencies:
- Strong grasp of QHSE principles, tools, and regulations
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and support diverse operational settings
- Practical mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach
